While the great majority of people in the Netherlands speak English fluently, not all companies systematically offer job vacancies suited for English speakers. This especially applies if you're seeking jobs outside of the country's major cities, namely Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague among others.
Finding English-speaking companies in Eindhoven can turn into a headache for certain job seekers, as Dutch remains a prerequisite for the larger part of vacancies found on LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed.

ASML is probably the largest corporation based near Eindhoven. With headquarters in Veldhoven, a 22-minute train ride from Eindhoven Central Station, the multinational develops and manufactures photolithography systems, which are used to produce computer chips.

3) High Tech Campus Eindhoven
If you're looking for a job in Eindhoven, check out this platform first: High Tech Campus Eindhoven. The tech hub hosts +260 tech companies and institutes and approximately 12,5000 knowledge workers and entrepreneurs, working to develop the latest technologies. The campus is also quite special in that it fosters an international community very open to global talent. Perfect for expatriates, international students and graduates, in sum!
The hub operates a job portal which lists vacancies posted by the +260 companies previously mentioned, and vacancies of its own. Having scrolled through the platform for a few minutes, it's very user-friendly, as it indicates the spoken language for each position.
